Responsibilities :

• Manage, monitor, and maintain our production infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated systems for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the development teams in determining scale and size of infrastructure requirement for applications.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of applications across multiple environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network, server, and application issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and incident response plans.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, including vulnerability scanning, patch management, and access control.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, including opportunities to optimize infrastructure, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SysOps technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the SysOps team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in system administration, operations, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong expertise in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, Github Action, Gitlab, or Travis CI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
