Job Summary:

• End- End execution of design for a client
• Conceptualize and execute illustration or photo based social media creatives for client based on the defined creative strategy and approach.
• Conceptualize and execute digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers etc based on clients’ requirements.
• Creation of design assets required for landing pages or websites.
• Define the creative approach for focused digital and social campaigns.
• Be an active advocate of anything and everything that’s creatively inspiring.
• Collaborate with the creative director to aid direction, design and production of graphics and videos.
• Oversee the creation of graphics, artboards, photos, videos and layout designs.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suite their purpose.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
• Creating cross channel visual communication strategies i.e., digital, print, design and advertising.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, best practices and emerging technologies.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing needs.
• Attention to visual details.

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience
• Knowledge of graphics.
• Photo manipulation skills.
• A mastery of Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, illustrator and aftereffects)
• Drawing/illustration skills are an added plus.
• Good Time management skills with experience of working tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors or Master’s in fine arts.
• Creative thinking to intercept client business needs and develop concept note for final design.
• Strong background in consumer insights and campaign planning and execution should be an added benefit.
• Proven work experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, graphic designer/junior art director or a similar role.
