• Real time tracking of conversations/complaints across social media platforms
• Maintaining Service Level Agreements

• Deep knowledge of Online Reputation Management
• Social media management
• Keen eye for design aspects in communication strategies
• Skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge on various tools like Radiance 6, Locobuzz, etc
• Strong written and communication skills


Experience: 1+ years of relevant ORM experience


Education: Graduate in any field
